OpenSRE is an open-source framework for AI SRE agents that answer questions about production systems. It uses your observability stack, cloud context, and runbooks, and can deliver its findings to Slack, local files, or other messaging channels. See the Integrations overview for supported tools.

Most users start with the local CLI (curl install, then opensre to sign in, plus opensre integrations setup for the tools you want OpenSRE to query). For an organization-managed runtime, use Enterprise setup at app.opensre.com. Hosted organization-wide connectors are still coming soon, so integrations remain local today.Managed and self-hosted gateway options are covered in Deployment.
Yes. Deploy the repository Docker image in web, gateway, or scheduler mode. Set LLM_PROVIDER and the matching provider API key (for example ANTHROPIC_API_KEY when LLM_PROVIDER=anthropic). See Deployment and Environment variables.
The signed-in interactive shell uses the account-hosted model. Other hosts and account-independent CLI workflows support Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, TrustedRouter, DeepSeek, Gemini, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and CLI-backed providers through LLM_PROVIDER. In most cases, yes. OpenSRE integrates with observability platforms (Datadog, Grafana, Sentry), cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes), incident tools (PagerDuty, OpsGenie), databases, and messaging (Slack, Telegram). Browse the Integrations overview and run opensre integrations verify after setup.
Running opensre signs you in (once) and starts the interactive shell. The first prompt offers a demo; pick the CI/CD analysis of one of your repositories or skip it with E. Then describe issues in plain language. Slash commands such as /help, /status, /demo, and /verify datadog are documented in Shell commands.
OpenSRE supports reversible masking before external LLM calls and command-history redaction via Interactive shell privacy. Anonymous product telemetry can be disabled with OPENSRE_NO_TELEMETRY=1. Report vulnerabilities to support@opensre.com.
